Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. All activity that takes place under a user's account is the sole responsibility of that user. If there is any indication of unauthorized access, the user must contact usahatoto customer service immediately.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with the age requirement and the validity of user data.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users agree to use the usahatoto service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. Fraud, system manipulation, collusion between players, or any other action that harms the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate games. Violations of this provision will result in permanent account deactivation and freezing of any existing balance.

4. Payment Information & IDR Transactions
All transactions on usahatoto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and has been properly verified. Using a bank account or digital wallet belonging to another party may result in account restrictions.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the estimated timeframes applicable to each payment method. Processing times may vary depending on account verification, system conditions, and the policies of the payment service provider. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set by the platform and are subject to change at any time.
If a transaction error occurs or funds are not received within a reasonable timeframe, users may contact the usahatoto support team with valid proof of transaction. The platform will investigate and respond as promptly as possible.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
usahatoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to: fraud, use of false identity, bonus abuse, or activities that could harm the platform or other users.
Users may voluntarily request account closure by contacting customer service. Closing an account does not automatically cancel any outstanding financial obligations. Remaining balances will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy, provided the account is not under dispute.
The platform also reserves the right to temporarily restrict access for security purposes, technical maintenance, or regulatory compliance. Users will be notified if a restriction is permanent.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the usahatoto platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of usahatoto or third parties who have licensed it to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without valid written permission.
usahatoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this service. The platform provides services "as is" and makes no guarantee of continuous availability or accuracy of information.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of usahatoto services will be resolved through agreed mechanisms, with priority given to amicable resolution first.
